Guidelines & Policies

• CREATING YOUR FILES
  Create one item sized correctly per document. All supporting graphic file(s) used within your layout must be sent along with the layout file. Submit black and white images at 600dpi.  CMYK and grayscale  images at 300 dpi, sized at 100%

• PRINT READY ARTWORK
  Print ready artwork is defined as artwork that is provided at 100% size, requires no typesetting and has proper "bleed" on all sides.  No photocopies, facsimiles, low-resolution laser prints or sketches are acceptable.
  Your print ready artwork may be used at no additional charge if it fits the criteria above.  We reserve the right to charge for additional artwork touch-ups, color separations or layout changes.  You will be notified of these charges before we begin the order.

• BLEEDS AND BORDERS
  Bleeds are a printed image that extends to the edge of the artwork. 
  When supplying artwork with a border please indicate if the border should print 1/8" in from the edge of the label or if it should bleed.  All artwork with a bleed must include an 1/8" extension to avoid additional charges.

• CUSTOMER SUPPLIED LOGOS
  A logo may be used on all of our products.  Please provide it in full resolution.

• CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY
  Cancellations or changes on orders cannot be guaranteed due to our heavy load of custom printing and design.

• PROOFS
  Production time will begin upon final approval of the proof(s). Proofs not approved within 7 days will be billed separately along with any additional art charges incurred.

• OVER-RUN/UNDER-RUN
  There will be no additional charge for over-runs. If exact quantity is needed, please indicate it at the time of the order.

• RIGHTS OF PROMOTION
  We reserve the rights to use all products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of the order.
